Q. What kind of projects need repair/recovery?
A. Only the disasters:
the client software throws an error
you can't log in
you need to restore from your backup
you get an error message that you don't understand
a report won't run any more
everyone is standing around
a security breach may have occurred
...and hopefully, not too many more

A. I have worked in Western Massachusetts since the mid-80's. I maintain contacts with many of the programmers and systems professionals in the Pioneer Valley.
