You're getting this with Microsoft Access?
What happened is this. You created and saved text export or import specifications. Then you made a change to the source table so that it no longer matches your import export specs. You need to recreate the specs just as you did the first time. [Skilled users can edit the specs.] You can save over the old specs and not have to change anything else.
